Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Doral & West Kendall is seeking an experienced licensed esthetician who is bilingual in English/Spanish. Earn $60–$85 per service with a booked schedule, favorable client base, and a supportive team environment where your skincare expertise and results are valued.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Esthetician License required.
• 2+ years of hands-on spa skincare experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong facial skincare and product recommendation skills.
• Proven ability in sales, client retention, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials, customized skincare treatments, and advanced esthetic services.
• Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consultations.
• Recommend and sell skincare products and memberships to support client results.
• Build and maintain strong client retention and repeat business.
• Maintain treatment rooms and follow all sanitation, hygiene, and state board regulations.
• Consistently meet or exceed service and retail sales goals.
