Job summary

Peregrine Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan to join our remote, full-time team. You will deliver therapy to diverse communities within a supported care model and maintain independence in clinical work.

The role requires an active MI license, bilingual in English and Spanish, and strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will collaborate with care teams, use telehealth platforms, and document care efficiently.

Qualifications

• Active MI LCSW license (unrestricted)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ years in community mental health or integrated care
• Ability to provide therapy independently within a supported care model
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration with care teams
• Experience with telehealth and clinical documentation tools
• Willingness to commit to full-time, continuity of care

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license; must have an active and unrestricted license in Michigan
• Required: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)
• Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model
• Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
• Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
