The ideal candidate holds an active MI LCSW license, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and brings 3+ years of community mental health experience. This role supports continuity of care in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Required : Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license; must have an active and unrestricted license in Michigan
• Required : Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)
• Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model
• Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
• Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
