Responsibilities

• Translates documents and materials between languages.
• Translates school registration information and related materials.
• Welcome Center registrations.
• Interprets at seminars, meetings and teleconferences.
• Provides consecutive or simultaneous translation as needed.
• Assists ESOL and classroom staff with parent conferences and home visits.
• Maintains ESOL student files and databases.
• Registers new minority students and orients parents.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Principal or district.
