Dunham & Jones, Attorneys at Law PC in Waco, TX is seeking a Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a busy criminal defense practice, including misdemeanors and felonies with a focus on DWI cases.

Responsibilities include assisting clients by phone, email and in person; serving as a liaison between attorneys and clients; entering new client information into the case management system; heavy scheduling; and general clerical duties.

Qualifications

• Legal Assistant experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Act as liaison between attorneys, clients and staff.
• Enter new client information into the case management system and maintain files.
• Heavy scheduling.
• Filing, backup phone operator, and other clerical duties.
