Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.
• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual in Spanish a strong plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Real estate or leasing license if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective tenants, highlighting property features and amenities.
• Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements in compliance with policies.
• Conduct application processing, including background checks.
• Collect application fees, deposits, and rent payments; maintain records.
• Maintain proactive communication with current residents to address needs.
• Utilize property management software (e.g., AppFolio) for lead tracking and reporting.
• Support marketing efforts by updating listings, signage, and events.
• Perform other duties to support property operations.
