We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at one of our Pasadena, TX properties. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with ownership and senior management while contributing to the success of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow Greenline's established Leasing, Marketing, Operations, Maintenance, and Emergency Procedures as outlined in company manuals and policies.

  • Professionally answer and manage incoming calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.

  • Conduct property tours, demonstrate apartment features, and effectively present the community's benefits to prospective residents.

  • Manage the entire leasing process from first contact through move-in, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

  • Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure they meet Greenline's quality standards.

  • Complete all necessary leasing documentation, including lease agreements and addendums.

  • Coordinate move-in logistics including keys, remotes, parking permits, and all required documents.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident requests, resolving concerns, and submitting service requests as needed.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the community, local competition, nearby businesses, hiring trends, and area developments.

  • Prepare regular market surveys and assist in marketing efforts.

  • Participate in resident events and Greenline-sponsored activities.

  • Provide support to the Assistant Community Manager and Community Manager as needed.

  • Work additional hours as required to maintain Greenline's high standards of service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of apartment leasing or related sales experience.

  • Prior experience in customer service industries such as retail, hospitality, or property management.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.

  • Strong sales skills with the ability to generate leads, conduct presentations, qualify prospects, and close leases.

  • Proficient mathematical skills to accurately calculate rent, deposits, and prorations.

  • Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification preferred.

  • Fair Housing training preferred.
