Listen
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with children to understand their needs, interests, and developmental progress
- Communicate clearly with families to share daily updates and growth milestones
- Collaborate with teammates to support every child’s individual development
Learn
- Stay up to date with best practices in early childhood education
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Observe and document children's learning to tailor educational experiences
Lead
- Create and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans
- Build a nurturing, inclusive classroom culture
- Model positive behavior, communication, and a love for learning
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 yrs of age with a High School Diploma
- 1+ year of experience in a licensed early childhood classroom (preferably as a lead teacher)
- Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong knowledge of child development and best teaching practices
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education OR CDA
- 2+ years of experience as a lead teacher
