Kïdo International Preschool is seeking passionate, bilingual (Spanish/English) Lead Teachers for our Infant and Preschool classrooms at our Spanish Immersion campus in Rice Village: At Kïdo, this is more than just a teaching job—it’s a chance to grow your career, make a lasting impact, and be part of a supportive, people-focused team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• A passion for early childhood education and a deep commitment to nurturing young minds
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing responsive, individualized care
• Strong communication skills to connect with children, families, and your teaching team
• A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a positive, team-focused school culture
• Experience in a licensed preschool setting
• A High School Diploma or GED (required) and at least 18 years of age

Preferred qualifications:

• A CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in a licensed early childhood setting, or
• 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori school environment
