Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team in Robstown, TX. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality behavioral health services and guiding clinical staff in providing trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations through evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of behavioral health professionals.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Monitor and evaluate clinical performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve service delivery.
Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality following HIPAA and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
Must have a master’s degree in social work with two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience OR a master’s or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science with clinical experience as a program requirement and two (2) years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience OR bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences.
Must have two (2) + years of related experience and/or training, including supervisory experience. Preferred: Four (4) + years of related experience and/or training, including supervisory.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and behavioral health best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
