The position requires a bilingual English/Spanish background, 2+ years of Medi-Cal or behavioral health experience, and strong coordination and communication skills. Eligible for a signing bonus and hybrid scheduling with 9/80 flex options.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; language assessment required.
• ≥2 years of experience supporting Medi-Cal or behavioral health populations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
