Requirements include a Florida driver’s license, at least 3 years of managing landscape crews, and bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing multiple landscape maintenance crews.
• Experience coordinating daily/weekly/monthly labor hours.
• Bilingual proficiency required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct landscape crews to meet service schedules.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly labor hours for cost efficiency.
• Train crews and coach employee growth.
• Inspect properties, prepare action plans, and ensure quality.
• Work hands-on with crews to meet workload.
• Enforce safety policies and provide safety training.
• Coordinate materials and subcontractors as needed.
