JCCT is seeking a Lab Technician onsite to support the Lab Manager with PBMC studies and specimen processing. You will prepare samples, verify documentation, and ensure accurate data reporting while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in science and at least 2 years in a lab setting, with strong attention to detail, teamwork, and data entry skills. This role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and efficient study workflow.

Responsibilities

• Completes tasks assigned to Lab Department as needed.
• Receives and prepares samples for laboratory analysis and processing.
• Verifies specimen documentation and accuracy of volunteer details.
• Labels, centrifuges, and prepares specimen aliquots.
• Transfers samples, ships PBMC specimens, and maintains a clean work area.
• Reads SOPs and participates in lab efficiency improvements.
