CEF Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior Engineer to provide engineering and on-site operational support for a growing robotics and automation client in the United States. The role is field-based, requiring willingness to travel and work at project sites in Kentucky and beyond.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and has strong Korean-English communication skills, with a readiness to learn and support installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance under supervision.
• Provide on-site technical and operational support in Louisville, KY and other U.S. locations.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic technical, mechanical, electrical issues.
• Review and maintain engineering documents and project records.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, customers, vendors, and overseas HQs.
• Monitor project progress and action items; follow up as needed.
• Participate in training to learn industrial automation and robotics systems.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at project sites.
• Support additional engineering and project-related tasks as needed.
