Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training, education and experience.
• Fluency in Japanese and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience preparing business immigration applications with USCIS and consular processing.
• Experience with other immigration matters is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a high volume of cases.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in processing requirements for business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions.
• Communicate effectively in Japanese and English with clients and attorneys.
• Independently analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for attorney review.
• Take ownership of case docket and ensure timely communications.
• Review Japanese-language documents and stay updated on immigration developments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
