Union Depot is seeking a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily janitorial operations at assigned client sites. The role ensures cleanliness standards, safety compliance, and high customer satisfaction, while managing front-line staff and coordinating schedules.

You will act as the primary onsite liaison between operations leadership and clients, guiding staffing decisions and maintaining service quality to meet contract obligations.

Jobbeschreibung

The Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily janitorial operations at assigned client site(s), ensuring cleanliness standards, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction are consistently met. This role provides direct supervision to frontline staff, supports staffing and scheduling, and serves as the primary onsite point of contact between operations leadership and the client.

Pay: $19.18/hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary basedon the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.
