Required bilingual (English/Spanish), 3+ years of commercial cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check. Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 pm–2:30 am; pay $17–$18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–10 employees to keep facilities clean and orderly.
• Train and develop staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Perform heavy cleaning tasks (floors, restrooms, windows, etc.).
• Monitor labor and supply budgets with manager.
• Ensure daily tasks meet client expectations.
• Report safety issues and maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
