Job summary

Harvard Maintenance seeks a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, and more across multiple shifts. The role includes housekeeping duties, light maintenance coordination, and ensuring cleanliness in all assigned spaces.

Bilingual ability is required for this position. The successful candidate will be able to handle physical tasks and maintain a reliable commute to different work sites, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and seasonal

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job (bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching and standing for extended periods).

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Responsible for basic cleaning of all areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
