The role combines leadership, supervision, training, quality control, and hands-on cleaning tasks with a focus on safety and reliability. Evening hours are required for full-time coverage and weekend work may occur.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry or related field.
• Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation.
• Criminal background check required.
• Drug testing required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Preferred: Commercial janitorial management experience.
• Preferred: Experience training and supervising employees.
