Job summary

Konare Law is seeking an Interpreter/Translator (Bilingual English/Spanish) to support client consultations, meetings, and trial preparations with in-person and phone interpretation. The role requires delivering consecutive and simultaneous interpretation across Spanish, English, and Portuguese, translating documents, and accompanying clients to USCIS interviews, all while maintaining strict confidentiality.

On-site position in Florida, compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Associate with at least two years of interpreting experience.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Translator/Interpreter certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality interpretation during consultations, client meetings, and trial preparations.
• Deliver consecutive and simultaneous interpretation between Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
• Perform sight translations of legal documents with precision.
• Accompany clients to USCIS interviews for interpretation support.
• Translate legal and administrative documents between sessions with attention to terminology.
• Offer administrative assistance to attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in handling client and attorney information.
