  • Communication Excellence: Exhibit outstanding communication abilities across all platforms (phone, text, chat, and email), ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every exchange.
  • Precision in Execution: Perform accurate data entry and maintain diligent follow-up to ensure no detail is overlooked in the potential case intake process.
  • Team Collaboration and Independence: Thrive in a supportive team environment while also possessing the drive and discipline to work autonomously.
  • Seamless Hand-off: Transition the newly retained client to the team that will handle their case.

Requirements
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
  • Ideally 1+ year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent education
  • Computer literate and proficient with standard productivity software
