Job summary

J. Lee & Associates Law Group in Norcross, GA is hiring part-time Intake Specialists / Receptionists to be the firm’s voice on the phone in English and Spanish.

You will answer and route calls, confirm consultations, and set appointments with attorneys and the Firm Director, while maintaining accurate lead records in MyCase. Strong bilingual skills, high school diploma, and prior customer-service or front-desk experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, front desk, call center, sales, or administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls in English and Spanish.
• Confirm consultations and appointments and reduce no-shows via reminders.
• Call and text prospective clients using bilingual scripts and follow-up process.
• Set consultations for attorneys and Firm Director.
• Keep client and lead records accurate in MyCase.
• Greet walk-in clients and support office administration during shift.
