Confie and its family of companies are seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to drive nonstandard auto insurance sales for new and existing clients on site in the United States. The role offers uncapped commissions, renewal opportunities, and monthly incentives within a growth-focused environment.

Typical duties include soliciting new business, expanding relationships, and maintaining accurate deposits and documentation in the agency system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• License not required but preferred for certain lines.
• Personal/Commercial lines knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet goals.
• Grow book of business by building relationships with customers.
• Accurately record currency transactions and deposit funds with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
