Confie is hiring for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee / Sales Representative in Lebanon, TN. The role focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers with growth opportunities and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships and follow up effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
