Job summary

Confie is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our on-site team in Buffalo, NY. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, while earning uncapped commissions and a strong bonus structure.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, mentorship, and ongoing training within a growth-oriented culture. A high school diploma or GED is required, with English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong follow-up and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to reach production targets.
• Process currency transactions accurately and ensure timely deposits with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives!

What you will do:

As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels in order to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs

The Perfect Match:

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (but not required).
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
