Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are hiring an Insurance Sales Representative on-site in Charleston, SC. You will sell nonstandard auto policies to new and existing customers, earning base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

No cold calling, with strong mentorship and career growth opportunities. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with sales or customer service experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in the agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on products that best fit their needs.
