Job summary

Confie, via its family of brands, is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative at our Lancaster, PA on-site location. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with a base pay plus uncapped commissions and renewal incentives.

We offer comprehensive benefits, no cold calling, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; sign-on bonuses up to $2,500 depending on licensure status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Licenses: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank with scanned documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on which products best fit their needs.
