Confie is growing and hiring a bilingual Insurance Sales Representative for our on-site team in Harrisburg, PA. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers and build lasting relationships.

We offer competitive pay of $16–$20 per hour plus uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Licensing is not required upfront; training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and deposits.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
