Acceptance Insurance seeks a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative in Jacksonville, FL. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers and build lasting client relationships.

This full-time role offers a competitive base hourly pay ($15–$18), plus uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and ongoing mentorship. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred (but not required).
• Experience in sales or customer service settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate currency handling and timely deposits with proper documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
