Qualifications

• Must be an Iowa resident.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Self-starter with discipline and a track record of following through.
• Comfortable using or learning CRM tools and quoting systems.
• Open to coaching and feedback to accelerate growth.
• Must complete required insurance licensing (company covers pre-licensing coursework).
• Ability to work in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities
