Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; paid training provided.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required or strongly preferred.
• Current Property & Casualty, Life, Health and Annuities license or willingness to obtain with district support; must be able to obtain P&C license prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance options.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships to assess insurance needs.
• Present insurance proposals and handle policy changes, claims, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations; collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.
