• Greet customers entering the office in a friendly, helpful manner
• Ask for referrals and explain referral program
• Cross-sell and upsell financial products
• Verify contact details and update records
• Generate insurance quotes and respond to inquiries
• Maintain client relationships with follow ups
• Follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
