The Juris Agency in Pomona, CA is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Assistant (Licensed & Bilingual a Plus). The role offers opportunities to learn underwriting collaboration and client management in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will support clients on the phone and other channels, help design insurance quotes, and work closely with management and partners to grow relationships and sales. A valid P&C Life license is a plus; bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, in-person, and online.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and potential clients over the phone and other platforms.
• Learn to design insurance quotes with good coverage and pricing.
• Collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto and Business policies.
• Develop agency relations with partners, vendors, and clients.
• Support owner to grow marketing, client management and relationships.
