Job summary

Confie and its family of companies—Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others—is seeking an Insurance Agent in Lacey, WA to sell nonstandard auto insurance and expand offerings like homeowners or health insurance where applicable.

You’ll benefit from unlimited/uncapped commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, comprehensive benefits, paid training and mentorship, and a culture focused on growth and recognition. Pay ranges from $50,000 to $135,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Licensed Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships with current customers to achieve goals.
• Connect with customers, understand needs, and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain records of transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the right insurance products.
