A leading industrial company located in Texas is seeking an Instrument & Control Engineer with a focus on designing and troubleshooting control systems for large-scale projects. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and proficiency in telecommunication protocols along with a strong understanding of SCADA systems. Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), loop drawings, and control panel layouts.
• Program and configure PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Oversee installation of sensors and ensure communication with central NOC.
• Calibrate instrumentation for fiber optic networks and telemetry systems.
• Work with construction crews to meet specifications for instrumentation.
• Diagnose fault-to-ground issues and signal interference in the field.

Skills

Basic understanding of telecommunication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, MQTT)

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software

Bilingual (English and Korean)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
