Qualifications

• Experience in servicing professional customers through an installer counter.
• Ability to develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Competency in quickly and accurately taking customer orders and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity of the delivery specialist for timely order deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Assist with customer labor claims to ensure timely processing.

Skills

Strong background in mechanics

Above average communication skills

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
