Fence Direct is looking for a dependable, self‑motivated Bilingual Inside Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Winter Haven, FL.

This is a full-time, hands‑on position that combines inside sales, customer service, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, takes initiative, and is comfortable working independently while managing the day‑to‑day operations of our Winter Haven location.

This position is responsible for opening and closing the store, assisting walk‑in customers, answering incoming phone calls, following up on customer quotes and inquiries, processing sales orders, and supporting warehouse operations. The right candidate is organized, trustworthy, dependable, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this role communicates daily with both English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers.

This role also requires daily use of QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.), and other company software to manage customer information, sales orders, communication, and administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who lives within a reasonable commuting distance of our Winter Haven office and is looking for a long‑term opportunity with a growing company.
