What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to device activation and registration
- Track and document patient progress in the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data management
- Address customer inquiries about the Omnipod product, providing tailored and consultative support
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve patient and provider issues
- Continuously seek process improvement opportunities and provide innovative feedback to enhance operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate’s Degree
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer product)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the managed care industry
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
