What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
- Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions
- Analyze data insights to prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact
- Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to ensure patient leads progress
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback for service operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer product)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the managed care industry
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Knowledge of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
