What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the patient onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
- Track patient progress and document actions taken in the sales pipeline
- Analyze data to prioritize leads and drive business impact
- Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to ensure patient leads progress effectively
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or related fields (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc.)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the managed care industry
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
