What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the patient onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
  • Track patient progress and document actions taken in the sales pipeline
  • Analyze data to prioritize leads and drive business impact
  • Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to ensure patient leads progress effectively
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to enhance operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with demonstrated success in B2B/B2C or related fields (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc.)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of the managed care industry
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
