What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
- Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions
- Engage with customers by providing comprehensive product knowledge and addressing inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and patient support
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate’s Degree
- 1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer product)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of the managed care industry
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
