Job summary

Driving Academy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the face of the organization and guide prospective students through enrollment. This inside sales-focused role involves communicating with warm leads, understanding needs, recommending programs, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining integrity in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience, including inside and telecom sales.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of inside sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management verbally, by telephone, and in writing.
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance.
• Competitive and results-oriented mindset with a team-focused attitude.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software.
• Proficiency with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and leads to understand their needs and recommend appropriate programs and packages.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with warm leads to schedule sales appointments.
• Conduct sales presentations within the Driving Academy office according to standard operating procedures.
• Guide prospective customers through the sales process from initial contact through enrollment.
• Process payments by cash, check, and credit card.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns and escalated issues when necessary.
• Instruct new students on classroom and school procedures.
• Ensure customer documentation and service requests comply with policies.
• Process invoices and related documents.
• Maintain communication with current and previous customers by phone, text message, email, and in-person communication.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services and business model.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
