Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend availability and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation to store locations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS heating and cooling solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence and support promotions.
