You will maintain store standards, master store systems, and ensure precise timekeeping and attendance. The role requires 18+ years old, 30 hours/week minimum, and the ability to stand for long periods with reliable transportation to location and trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods and have reliable transportation to location and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow policies and paperwork procedures and master required systems.
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to security and inventory controls.
• Record time and attendance accurately and follow scheduling and time-off rules.
