Job summary

FlexStaff is seeking a dynamic bilingual Clinical Assessment RN Manager to lead and optimize our client’s clinical assessment process in Brooklyn, NY. This temp-to-hire role focuses on delivering high-quality home-based care for Chinese or Spanish speaking participants.

As the in-home leader, you will supervise assessments, ensure UAS-NY completion, coordinate onboarding and reassessments, perform medication reviews, and support safe transitions after hospital discharge.

Qualifications

• Active NYS Registered Nurse license – essential for this role.
• Proven expertise with UAS-NY assessments.
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish to serve diverse communities.
• Valid NYS driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize clinical assessment processes across Brooklyn.
• Oversee and ensure accurate UAS-NY completion.
• Drive comprehensive assessments, onboarding, and reassessments.
• Conduct medication reviews and post-hospital discharge evaluations.
• Use bilingual skills to communicate clearly with participants and families.
