Job summary

A Better Solution In Home Care is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients in Los Angeles, CA. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, and companionship, while ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish/English), have at least 1 year in home care, hold a CPR certification, and can pass background checks. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in home care, including memory care or dementia clients.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability for client mobility and transfers.
• Reliable transportation, car is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide compassionate care tailored to memory care needs.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers.
• Monitor and report health or behavior changes.
