A Better Solution In Home Care is seeking an In-Home Caregiver (HCA) to support clients in Malibu, CA. This role offers a flexible schedule, enabling you to balance personal commitments while delivering meaningful in-home care.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year of home care experience (preferably with memory care), are bilingual in Spanish, and hold a valid CPR certification. Excellent communication and reliable transportation are valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in home care, especially with dementia or memory care.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Valid CPR Certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to assist with client mobility and transfers.
• Reliable transportation; car is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide compassionate care tailored to memory care needs.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks like laundry and cleaning.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with safe mobility and client transfers.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
