The role emphasizes timely, accurate preparation of immigration documents and client communication to ensure deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will manage diverse cases, maintain electronic files, and uphold strict confidentiality while collaborating with a professional team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Immigration Paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) required.
• Knowledge of immigration processes, forms, and filing procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and finalize immigration applications and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal standards.
• Assist attorneys by gathering evidence, documenting information, and organizing case materials.
• Prepare and file documents with courts and agencies, tracking deadlines and case-related tasks.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information, provide case updates, and prepare them for interviews and hearings.
• Maintain electronic case files and internal databases.
• Support client relationship management by responding to inquiries and assisting with administrative communication tasks.
• Uphold client confidentiality and maintain high ethical standards.
