Job summary

Antonini & Cohen Immigration Law Group in Atlanta seeks an experienced bilingual immigration paralegal to support attorneys on employment- and family-based matters from intake through filing. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong organization, and excellent written and verbal communication.

You will draft affidavits, prepare briefs, manage case files, and coordinate with clients and staff to ensure efficient progress and accurate documentation throughout case lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program strongly preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of law experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with USCIS, DOS, EOIR, and other agencies
• Draft forms, support letters, affidavits, and legal packets
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress, documents, and deadlines
• Maintain accurate case records and deadlines in the case management system
• Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed
• Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and staff to ensure workflow
• Review supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Assist with RFEs, NOIDs, and other follow-up requests
• Help lawyers prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Bilingual Immigration Paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment while providing exceptional client service. You'll draft legal documents such as affidavits, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. • Draft forms, support letters, cover letters, affidavits, and legal packets
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress, document collection, and deadlines
• Maintain accurate case records and deadlines within the firm’s case management system
• Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed
• Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Review supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Assist with RFEs, NOIDs, and other case-related follow-up requests
• Help lawyers prepare for trial by preparing and organizing exhibits, assisting with client meetings, filing motions, conducting research on legal articles, and organizing and coordinating witnesses
