Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join a fast-growing team across Maryland offices. The ideal candidate will have immigration experience, be fluent in Spanish, and excel in day-to-day client interactions while managing a large team of paralegals.

The role requires handling meetings with potential clients, coordinating case strategy, and managing multiple cases and deadlines. You will draft motions, briefs, and memoranda, and stay current with changes in

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA Accredited Law School is required.
• Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR is required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Fluent in Spanish is required.
• Immigration experience (1 year or more) is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential new clients.
• Coordinate case and legal strategy.
• Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines.
• Prepare and revise court documents.
• Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law.
• Market the law firm's services.
• Work one Saturday a month with the potential for bonuses for new clients signed during those days.
• Handle court hearings and trials.
• Become an expert on Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, etc.
